If you still have holiday shopping to do (kudos if you don’t!), heading to a Milwaukee Christmas market is a great way to cross lots of folks off of your list at one time. Even if you are ahead of the gift-giving game, you can shop for yourself or simply wander the market. Looking at handmade wares and appreciating the creativity of local artisans is a highlight of the season for many. Here are four craft shows in Milwaukee, WI, you should go to this holiday season.

You can find vintage goods and handmade artisan wares. Listen to tunes spun by WMSE DJ Johnny K, eat delectable empanadas from Triciclo Peru, drink beer from City Lights Brewing, and — of course — grab a cup or pound of coffee while you are enjoying this Milwaukee Christmas market.

If you want to shop from Milwaukee’s finest artisans, head to the Noel Light Park & Christmas Market. Take your holiday gift-giving list, and shop for everything from stocking stuffers and teacher gifts to finds for your partner and office mates. There really is something for everyone on your list at Noel. However, this event is about so much more than shopping. While you are there, eat, drink, see a show, view the lights, take the kids to the playground, or take a photo with Santa. Plan a full day of things to do at this Milwaukee Christmas market that is open until January 2.

Kujichagulia Holiday Market

Take a trip to the Sherman Phoenix for the Kujichagulia Holiday Market, one of the best last-minute craft shows in Milwaukee, WI. You can meet local business owners and shop their wares while crossing names off your holiday list. The Underground Makers Market will also be open, as will the Kujichagulia Producers Cooperative. If that’s not enough, there will also be two local booksellers, tea from Swaye Tea, and live music from the Shuga Blu Trio. This event is a mini-festival, so plan to go and have fun! P.S. They’ll have catering and BBQ on-site, too, and the event is on Sunday, December 19th, from 1 pm-6 pm.

The Milwaukee Maker’s Market is a year-round event happening once a month. This one of our craft shows in Milwaukee, WI, is an artisan and maker fair held in various locations, so be sure to check their website for updates. Vendors include designers, performance artists, small business owners, full-time makers, seasoned crafters, and artists. They only allow vendors who make what they sell, so attending is an excellent opportunity to meet the maker as you purchase gifts. The holiday popup is on December 19th from 10 am-4 pm and is taking place at both The Ivy House and Discovery World Museum. This Milwaukee Christmas market is a fun way to shop locally this season.
