Q: What is Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market?

A: Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market is a magical holiday experience featuring nearly one million twinkling lights, live carollers and music, a vendor and artisan market, seasonal food and drink options, and so much more – hosted indoors and protected from the winter environment.
Noel is your next holiday tradition, featuring family-friendly activities and an indoor holiday experience unlike any other.
Join us at the Exposition Center at the State Fair Grounds in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from November 27th to January 2nd, 2022 to experience all that Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market has to offer.

Q: Do you have a lost and found?

A: Yes, visit our ticketing desk during festival hours, or email lostandfound@noelmke.com if you believe you have left something behind at Noel Christmas Festival.

Q:Is the Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market venue pet-friendly?

A: For the safety of all patrons, only certified service animals are permitted at Noel Christmas.

Q: How much are the seniors’ ticket?

A: Seniors tickets (65+ years) are available online for $15 plus tax and service fee.

Q: How much are general tickets?

A: Adult tickets (18+) are available online for $20 plus tax and service fee.

Q: How much are kid’s tickets?

A: Children / Youth tickets (4-17 years) are available online for $15 plus tax and service fee. Children three and under are free!

Q: How much are student tickets?

A: Student tickets (with valid student ID) are available online for $15 plus tax and service fee.

Q: Is the venue handicap/stroller accessible?

A: Yes, the entire Noel Christmas Festival venue is accessible for both wheelchairs and strollers.

Q: Will you accept debit and credit?

A: Yes, although some independent market vendors may not. ATMs are available on site.

Q: Will there be a taxi/Uber stand outside of the venue?

A: The State Fair Grounds are both taxi and Uber friendly, with sufficient space to load and unload.

Q: Will there be wheelchairs at the venue?

A: We do not rent wheelchairs or scooters; however, our venue is wheelchair accessible and there is accessible parking close to the entrance.

Q: Who qualifies for the military discount?

A: Active service members and veterans qualify for the military discount, this does not include family members or friends of active service members and veterans.

Q: How Do I Transfer My Tickets?

Ticket transfer is subject to availability. You can change the date of your tickets by doing the following:

Go to: https://ticketzone.com/transfer/create
Enter your 16 digit order number (you can find this number on your receipt)
Choose the new date (and time, if applicable)
Click Request Transfer

We cannot guarantee “last minute” transfers.  To ensure a successful transfer, please try to do your ticket transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Q: What do I need to know about parking at the event?

A: Parking will be on the State Fair Grounds.
Easy entry through Gate 4 coming off of 84th and Greenfield. Parking will be in the West Lot 1 with ADA parking directly outside. Parking is priced at $10/car.
The event will be held in Hall A of the Exposition Center at the North End of the building. There will be lots of signage leading you to the event!

The routes that will drop off closest to our event would be Route: 33, 56, and 67

Q: Where is the Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market hosted?

A: Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market is taking place from December 1st– January 2nd in Exposition Center at the heart of the State Fair Grounds. Our indoor space means that weather won’t dampen holiday spirits!

Q: Will there be promotions or specials for tickets?

A: Yes! Follow Noel Christmas Festival (@noelmilwaukee) on social media for up-to-date information on specials, contests, promotions, and the latest ticketing information from the event.

Q: Will there be tickets available in person at the box office?

A: Limited tickets will be reserved for box office / walk up sales while inventory lasts. Noel Christmas cannot guarantee entry unless tickets are purchased online prior to the day and time slot.

Q: What are the time-slots about? Does Noel have limited time entry and exit?

A: Noel Indoor Light Park & Market has recommended time entries and exits (arrival windows) to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. We recommend scheduling your visit in accordance with the start time for the best possible experience; however, so long as you visit Noel during our hours of operation, you’re welcome to come early or stay late.

Q: Will there be photos with Santa?

A: Santa and Mrs. Claus have some surprises in store to delight and entertain Noel guests.
Yes, photos are available if you bring your own camera, it’s all done by donation for a new charity every day!
Santa will stay at Noel until December 24th; after that, he has work to do!

Q: Will there be alcohol for purchase at the event?

A: Yes, alcohol is available for patrons 21 years of age or older, with a valid ID.

Q: What is the capacity for each time slot?

A: We strongly suggest you keep to the time slot on your ticket. This helps us monitor capacity.
Noel has a capacity limit of 900.

Q: I am unable to purchase a ticket, what is happening?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience. The ticket you are trying to purchase may be sold out, or there may be technical problems. Please email tickets@noelmke.com for assistance with your purchase.
